I’m Just a Girl from Edgeley
I'm a mum of three children and have had a whole host of different experiences that have impacted my mental health. I'm hoping to blog about being a mum and also the difficulties I have faced with my mental health. PTSD, GAD, Depression, Anxiety, Eating disorder, post natal depression with a sprinkle of separation anxiety to top it off.
